Less than impressed with my time at goGLOW. I had heard so many good things about goGLOW I decided to treat myself for my birthday. I had an 11:20am a...ppt and knew when I arrived at 11:10am and saw three others in the waiting room and no one at the front desk this couldn’t be good. When a worker finally came to the front at 11:24am another girl from the waiting area popped up to speak with her. She was there to complain that yesterday she received her first spray tan from them and several areas were missed in the process. The employee seemed super overwhelmed and used the excuse that she had just started as a reason that she wasn’t sure how to help her. A few minutes later and another employee comes out. This one called for the next customer and got to work. Again the girl that had the issues with areas being missed approached the ‘new’ employee and asked for a product to be compensated for her troubles. The new employee went back and interrupted the other employee while she was spraying a customer to ask if it would be okay.. It was. Finally at 11:48am; 28 minutes after my scheduled appointment I am called back to be sprayed by the ‘new’ employee. She asked me what kind of spray I wanted and I told her it was my first time there and I purchased the rapid. She instructed me to change in to a hair net and whatever I wanted to be sprayed in while she prepared the spray. This girl had to have been gone for no longer than one minute because I did not have enough time to take all my clothes off and open the packaging for the hair net and disposable thong. She enters on me naked (which I’m fine with but still want to put on the disposable thong & hair net) and says I don’t have to use the thong or hair net. I said I want to use the hair net and she says oh your hair isn’t blonde it will be fine. I said I’d still like to use it. I open the package get on the hair net and we get to work. The spray was super quick. Which made me nervous and curious how they were running behind. I was back to the front desk by 12:05pm to check out. I had a promo code I wanted to use but was denied using it because she hadn’t heard of it… I was told I would hear from the manager regarding if it were valid or not and still haven’t heard 10 days later. I was never asked what color or how dark I would like to be, never given a paper or card with when to shower or what temp water to use. Overall my tan looked good but how I felt during the whole experience, the price for the spray, and the lack of concern for running very behind is a business I don’t think I can support. Show more

This was my first goGlow experience and Allison was so professional, walked me through and made me feel comfortable and confident that I was going to ...get an amazing tan. I knew I had everything I needed to ensure my tan was perfect. Embarrassingly, I became very light headed at the end of my tan due to a long, stressful workday, and Allison was completely professional and ensured I had water, had a comfortable spot to sit in and was safe to leave. The manager went as far as to call me after my appointment to make sure I was okay. Almost 10 days later and I still have signs on an amazing tan. I will be back! The overall experience & customer service was great! I loved that it was vegan & the girl who sprayed me was amazing. I got a lighter color. However, ...the color only lasted a few days. I followed all of the instructions to-a-tee. By the 2nd day I was pretty blotchy. I had a Brazilian wax about a week + prior. Every pore was visible by day 1 post-spray. So i'm not really sure what went wrong. I used strictly their products post-tan. My friends were very blotchy too. I'd give them a second chance. Show more

This was my first time at GoGlow and I was very impressed. The salon is beautiful and clean, the staff was friendly and informative -- but most import...antly, the tan looks great! It has held up well and the color is perfect (and the technician was very good about asking how I wanted it to look, what color, etc.). Also -- they're fast! I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. This was my 5th time getting a goGlow and it was amazing as usual. My favorite part of coming here is the consistency. I never have to worry about if ...the tan will look different or not come out as well as the last one. Additionally, as a plus size woman I’m always made to feel comfortable and the employees are always aware of any additional poses/postures that I need to do in order to make my tan look great!
