The staff at this salon were friendly and kind, but unfortunately, the professionalism and aftercare left much to be desired. The color was not done a...s expected, and when I asked for a correction, I was told it had to be within 24 hours. Hair isn’t a product—it’s part of your look, and proper follow-up is essential. They need to focus on building long-term client relationships, not just delivering for one visit. A tip: check the google review and the stylist’s previous work on SM accounts before committing, as quality seems to vary. Also after the salon replies to me I remember that Repeating the toner isn’t a privilege—it indicates there was an issue achieving the desired result. I’ve never experienced this at other salons. While I appreciate that corrections can be made with toner, repeating it multiple times isn’t standard practice. As for your 24-hour policy, I was not made aware of it, nor did I sign anything agreeing to it. Clear communication about policies is essential, especially to maintain trust with clients. Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are glad you appreciated the friendliness and kindness of our staff, as we always aim to create a welcoming atmosphere. Regarding your experience, we would like to clarify a few details. From the start of your appointment, first thing that was done was a clear consultation and strand test we explained that achieving the specific color you desired might not be possible due to your hair’s pigmentation tone and the hair being compromised with prior color dye and even after the consultation ,you agreed to proceed! Despite this, we worked diligently to accommodate your requests, including reapplying the toner after you requested it be rinsed prematurely because you needed to leave. Our 24-hour correction policy is in place to ensure timely adjustments while maintaining the integrity of your hair. Unfortunately, claims made three days after the service fall outside of this timeframe. We understand that the salon closes on Sunday and Monday but all customers are welcome to leave us a voice message. We’re committed to providing quality service and clear communication during every visit. If you’d like to discuss this further, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly or even pass by the salon. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we hope to continue improving our services for all clients.
