I am only giving a 3 star review so that I do not completely ruin the algorithm of the company here on Booksy. Listen, I am totally disappointed wit...h the service I received from one of their "master barbers". I have not had a fade cut this bad since I was in middle school. The blending of the fade is spotty in multiple places. The edging performed with a straight razor led to multiple cuts as the hot towel required to soften the follicles was lukewarm. Lastly, a master barber does not ask if their job is "ok", they know it is and do not have to ask the client for reassurance. Please do not list your barbers as "master barbers" unless they have years of experience and deliver, as this is very misleading for walk-ins or new clients. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this establishment which otherwise would have been a good location to receive this service. The only reason you get 3 stars is because the place is nice, accommodating and the staff is friendly, including the "master barber". Show more
