To this day I am still not sure if this place was real or a hoax. Upfront was promised the moon, once all said and done felt completely lied to. Don...'t expect any communication. Bob sold us at the beginning, but then we had to call over and over again to finally get a response - he said he would get back to us and then wouldnt until we called again and again. I feel bad for installers, they actually seemed nice, but we never knew when they would arrive as Bob would never call back. Show more

Installers were not professional, I did not feel comfortable letting these two men in my house while I was home alone. The 2nd day one of them didn’t... even show up. Buddy was patient with us by spending a good deal of time with and helping us to arrive at a selection for the type of carpet we wanted.
