My appointment was at 2:45pm and I got there on time but had to wait to enter the building, and when I came in the building she was still with a clien...t. In addition to this, she didn’t start until 3:30pm and the facial was supposed to be one hour and thirty minutes but was only an hour. She did a great job on her service but did not hold to what I expected and paid for. Show more
