I’ve struggled with excessively curled toenails for a long time. I regularly visited a nail salon, but they were never able to fully address the issue.... I had been considering seeing a podiatrist, but one evening I came across a woman on TikTok who specializes in this type of care. After watching her live videos for over a month, I finally decided to book an appointment. I was initially hesitant due to the price, but I quickly realized the value of the service. She operates out of a private, well-maintained, and beautifully designed space. Upon arrival, she welcomed me warmly and even offered a beverage, which added a nice personal touch. What really stood out to me was her joyous personality. She immediately made me feel at home—like I was sitting on the porch at my grandma’s house, sipping coffee and chatting with a neighbor. That level of comfort is rare to find, especially in a clinical setting. Admittedly, I was nervous at first due to past experiences outside of this business, but she put me at ease right away. Throughout the appointment, she regularly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and not in pain. That care and attention meant a lot to me. There were a few painful moments, but she moved at a pace I was comfortable with and allowed me to take as many breaks as I needed—never rushing, never making me feel like I was an inconvenience. She was meticulous and truly dedicated to fully removing my ingrown toenail. When it was finally out, I felt an incredible sense of relief—almost like I could feel air in my toes again for the first time. It was a liberating and unexpectedly emotional moment. I’m incredibly grateful for the care I received and highly recommend her services to anyone dealing with similar issues. You’ll walk out feeling lighter—both physically and emotionally. Claro duele un poco no voy a mentir pero nada que ver con el dolor d...iario, al momento que saco la parte incrustada el dolor se fue ! Su trato y su atención es excelente .
