I went there recommended by my wife for pedicure. I selected the most expensive package, which said removal of callous skin, etc. The young lady "fini...shed and left" without even removing the extra dead skin. I had to go to the front desk and asked if I was done, since I was left on the chair expecting for the removal of the dead skin and callouses. They had the young lady come back, she did some of it, but I went home with my toes hurting, nails trimmed way too short and most of them extra dead skin left on my feet. Waste of my money and time. According to the service I have requested, taken right from your website, it clearly states removal of it, not optional. I guess I go back to my previous one (Hand and Stone) , where I just always sat with different techs, never explained (except for the no gloss) and got them done the right way every single time without shortcuts or explanations. Ps never had to deal with pain as nails are cut to the right length and straight. Show more

Hello Mr Juan. We apologize for your experience visit with us. Our highly trained techs are just used to when servicing male clientele to cut the natural nails short because that is what majority of consumers just get. However though it was ready too late because once she asked you if you wanted it cut or not you had just told her yes. But you you wanted it short and specifically shaped to a style and way you just have to be specific and she would comply. As for your calluses, we are only able to use medical grade Callus remover to remove dead skin. Anything more would have to be medical grade acid callus remover by a podiatrist which is out of our license ability. We cannot take care of it further than that because pedicures To us are a lifestyle. If you remove all at once it gets too close to the new skin growth making it painful or even uneasy to walk. But we hope that You may return as we trust in our abilities to get your feet in the best condition can be! Please feel free to contact us for any further questions and or details.

Very beautiful setup they have in there will definitely give them that. Although very beautiful few concerns that happened. First thing was I booked o...n booksy for 2pm and when I got there the girl said it doesn't show up on there schedule and had to go ask Linda. Linda was very accommodating and said she would see me for my dip nails and she did as I was seated in about 30 mins. Everything was good up until the drying of my dip and the buffing. I felt it was way too much buffing and inconsistent. The clear coat she put in was not drying and I had already been in the chair for a little over an hour so I told her that's ok I need to go. She then decided to switch to gel to dry faster. This is where she messed up my nails as she used alcohol to wipe off and then they became all fuzzy and she tried to go over them as best she could with gel! A mess! I was very irrated but just let her finish and paid with no tip as I knew I would never come back. No one asked how I liked my nails at checkout but Linda did say sorry after I got up so counts for something. But yeah just my experience and I wish them a blessed fairwell forever. Show more

This was my first time at this nail salon. The good points about this salon is that it’s very clean and gorgeous inside. The staff is also very respec...tful and nice. They were very accommodating and and handled my time there with care. Gabby did my pedicure, and made me feel comfortable the whole time, not to mention the phenomenal job she did. Vincent did my nails and although I liked how they turned out, my cuticles were not done and there was a lot of thick residue from the filing caked under my nails. It was unfortunately really busy by the time I was done and I had other errands to get done for the day so I didn’t ask for my nails to be touched up or redone. He was very kind and gentle the whole time, so thank you again for the services. Show more

This place is delightful. Very clean and comfy yet definitely has that upper class spa vibe. Great prices and a list of add ons and my nail tech was f...abulous. Lots of polish and gel choices too. I never felt rushed. We will definitely be back and this will become my regular spot for all things nails and massage. I love that they offer drinks as well. My only minor complaint is the country music that was playing. I'd much rather something relaxing or well, nearly anything else but country, just not a fan. Show more

Evelyn & Gezel did my... gel manicure and pedicure and wowow, they are so kind and professional! They did such a good job. I am usually so picky with gel polish but it was such a nice and relaxing experience. I will definitely be returning! They are reasonably priced and provide a great service. I was looking for a nail salon on short notice that would be able to accommodate my girlfriend and I for a pedicure. I needed a salon that was reasona...ble in price, had a reputation of providing great customer service, clean space, had a great decor and did phenomenal work. I was able to check off my list when I found V&V Wellness and Spa. I was able to secure an appointment quickly and easily over the phone. The fact the salon was open until 8pm was an added bonus. As soon as we entered the establishment, we received a warm welcome along with an array of color options. The inside of the salon was absolutely gorgeous and the staff was extremely attentive...I felt like royalty. We were offered bottled water and a cocktail to start and we were checked on throughout our service to see if we needed anything. I will definitely be back....We both will. V&V Wellness and Spa has now become my go-to whenever I am in the Orlando area. I walked out a very happy customer and I would recommend. I am giving this place 5 stars across the board. Show more
