So the first time I came I had Mimi who did my nails and she did an amazing job so I brought my friends with me yesterday and one of them did get Mimi... and again she killed it. But I had got someone new and she was pretty rude when I stated and tell her a couple of things with my nails. I had stated multiple times that she was hurting me and when I get a chance I would rub my finger where she had cut me and she will say “stop touching it your gonna mess up the nail” like I’m in pain so please take your time. The shop wasn’t busy so I want her to slow down and take her time to pay attention to details but she wasn’t having it. She caught an attitude after that and just completely forgot a couple things like foils I wanted for my nails and the top coat. Like how can you forget about the top coat.My nail all together are not the same length or anything my nails are still in pain. At the end of the day I would not be letting anyone else do my nails expect for Mimi at the shop Show more

Pretty local Manicure was okay, went straight to doing my nails. No lotion provided after that, just move along with dry hands from the little drill. ... Others have reviews stating they have been offered wine or water etc..I did not receive that same treat for a 2 hour appt. Pedicure was poor. Asked for yellow, first she laughed at my choice then mentioned 3-4 times of why yellow? Yellow is too light, yellow might not look good, etc.. did my toes and continued to critique my color choice throughout it. When it was done the color was not even, she blamed it on the color choice, that it was a difficult color to get with regular nail polish, even though I had never had that issue with that same color before, but said she was not done. From a business perspective, why do you offer a product or color that you then tell the client they should not get or is not good, then why offer it? Remove it from the samples. Did my eyebrows and contó eyes to critique the color even then. After a 6-7th time of her hinting I should get a different color I asked her what she thought I should get then? That was the only opinion she was not able to give me.. Changed it to white because she insisted that she couldn’t get the yellow right, my nails took textured and bad. So changed it to white since she insisted it was the color, which what a crappy thing to not get the color you actually want because your tech cannot stop talking about how they just can’t do that one and make it look good. Then she critiqued white as well because it was a light color and she will have to do many coats (white toes are extremely normal, again I’ve never had this much issues with getting my toes painted) ultimately, she finished that color, had me wait 10 minutes for them to dry, and after 2:30 hrs of me being there and as I’m about to leave the manager offers me a water….like I booked a 2 hour appt of several services and as I’m finishing he offers something? Service could have been much better to say the least. I’m glad others have had a good experience but I won’t be coming back. I don’t believe a tech that makes painting white toes such a big deal is not very experienced. Like yes white is a light color, everyone makes it work. Show more
