Hello!!!! When I receive reviews like this (which never happens) I like to clarify every step of the process, not so that I can go back to my chair. If not, when a new client is reading this, understand 😉 It's good that everything was "Good". My duty as a stylist is to do the work that each client asks for, in this case a blow drying. Now, the duty of each client is to take care of her hair at home and not pretend that in the beauty salon we are going to solve her frizz problem with a blower drying ... but it's fine! YES, I RECOMMENDED KERATIN. To help you control that frizz that you don't like (This recommendation was for a future, NOT for you to do it that day) Let's start with the hair washing, when you wash your hair I apply a mask (TO GIVE IT TO YOU, YOU DID NOT PAY FOR THAT MASK, I charge $10 for applying it) which is to moisturize and control frizz. When we start the hair drying process, dry your hair very well and double iron. While you were in my chair I gave snacks to your companions and offered you to take me 2 HOURS to dry your hair and I am considerate. When I went to cut the ends of his hair I charge him $20 dollars, when I usually charge $25 (you can check it on booksy). Not counting that Friday, May 10, that he agreed to go at 2:30 and didn't arrive. All this for a total of $60.00... Price you don't like! 🤷🏽‍♀️ But it's okay, it's okay!!! You were also very NICE 😉
