Cuando se deja un Review se pone TODO!! Ya que usted no lo hizo me tomo el tiempo… Cuando usted se sentó en mi silla en la consulta me dejó saber que ese era su color “NATURAL” que no se pintaba hace mucho tiempo. También sabe muy bien que usted quería un efecto en la parte de alante y explique los riesgos… FUI MUY CLARA CON LOS RIESGOS DE SU CABELLO YA QUE LO TIENE MUY DÉBIL,FINO Y PARTIDO EN LA PARTE DE ADENTRO.. Cuando se le aplica el color me percato que su cabello está pintado de dark Brown y solo tenía 4 pulgadas de su color natural. Cosa que usted si sabía pero no la dijo en la consúltala (Eso es bien importante que lo deje saber). El tiempo de espera no hubiera sido el mismo si usted en la consulta hubiera dicho ese “pequeñito” detalle que olvidó decir. Ya que usted sabe muuuy bien,que ya estaba lista para el secado. Pero me percaté de los tonos en su cabello y llegó la siguiente clienta. Lamento los inconvenientes pero al salón se viene con la verdad y con tiempo.

Y le ofrecí una cita con uno de mis compañeros a lo que usted dijo que no… Siento mucho lo sucedido,en sus citas anteriores nunca había pasado en cambio reviso sus citas y usted si me había fallado a una cita anterior para un servicio de balayage.
