This is my second time booking Vanilsa. This time we had a NYE event. I booked for me & my youngest daughter. Vanilsa was on time & was also very und...erstanding of us switching our turns, since I had to finish some party decorations. Like the previous time she was very friendly& kind. She even took the time to stop my daughters makeup , to help me look for our Frenchie puppy who had ran out to the street. Before leaving she gave my daughter some advice on how to style our hair and what product was best. What I love about her is that she’s very patient, plus she really cares about you and your satisfaction with the results. I have been a store manager for over 22 years, and a new hire trainer, so believe me when I tell you … she’s the definition of great customer service. She really listen to my concerns and took... the time to ask every step of the way if it was okay or if I wanted to change anything.
