Stretch Description: This is an assisted stretch to help improve blood circulation, mobility, range of motion and overall muscle health. All of this helps promote recovery and reduces the chance of muscle injury. Chair massage Description: this can be done full cloth. Targeting your tired muscles point like your neck, shoulders, back,arms, hands and hips only times for this 30 min and 60 min Reflexology massage Description: Reflexology is a type of therapy that uses gentle pressure on specific points along your feet (and possibly on your hands or ears as well) to help you feel better. If you want a massage that makes you go to your serenity place just look for OrganicallyAnew Spa and Essence guide you there. Had some friends in fr...om town and we decided to book. Essence was able to accommodate us and gave 3 amazing massages . Very relaxing and professional. Her personality makes everything worthwhile.
