Aly has a very sweet and nice demeanor, unfortunately, my recent experience with her didn't meet my expectations. Despite returning for a second sessi...on to start my Locs again , I was disappointed with the outcome compared to my initial visit. I specifically requested symmetrical parting, which I admired during my first appointment, but the result was far from what I had hoped for. It seemed rushed and lacked the precision I had anticipated. Despite Aly's apology and offer to rectify the situation, the distance I would have to travel made it allot harder on me. Hello Faith, I appreciate the feedback about your recent visit. Considering that this was a same day booking that had went overtime I will take into account that a sense of urgency was pushed. Not with the intentions of lack of precision. I have reached out in hopes to book for a better day that fits your schedule and that reflects not only the desired outcome of your comb twists but also one that fits the actual length which majority was longer than 5" and what we both discussed had happened to your hair long since your last visit. My only complaint is that my hair wasn’t as fresh and tight as I usually like it (all my edges are out) but I told her it was my first time getting a style so I think she was trying to save my scalp lol.
