If I could give zero stars, I would. I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit. I spent over a year growing out my hair to reach my desired leng...th and was very clear that I only wanted a short trim to maintain it. Despite specifically asking to keep the length, she cut off around 6 inches. It was a huge setback and completely disregarded my request. If you take your hair seriously, Iā€™d recommend being cautious. I left feeling frustrated and upsetā€”itā€™ll take me months to grow it back. For reference, the length she showed me was just my ends, but she ended up cutting my hair all the way up to my shoulders. I rarely leave reviews, but this was honestly one of the most frustrating experiences Iā€™ve had at a salon. Show more

Hello. I am so sorry to read this comment. I do tryin to keep the length but you want layer too and face frame. When I start the cut i show you the amount of the length I ALWAYS shows my clients) that we need to cut that was damage and You agree with that. Also you want volume and for that I need to do layers and OF COURSE you are going to see that I cut the 6 in that you said. I do what you want! I'm very sorry I didn't meet your expectations according to what you asked me.
