She was punctual and really listened to our concerns about my daughter’s hair, especially since we've been working to restore it after some damage. The haircut turned out perfect! I really appreciated that she wasn't scissor-happy, which is always a fear when getting a trim. My daughter's curls look beautiful, and we are excited to embark on this curly hair journey together. What stood out the most was the stylist’s commitment to us; she followed up every day to check on our progress and provide guidance. It was clear that she genuinely cares about her clients.
