I just recently got my nails done.prior to booking my appointment I made an appointment with with another salon who turned me down on arrival and said... they couldn't do the design I wanted ,so I basically wasted my time and gas driving there,but anyways this also opened the door and gave me the opportunity to book an appointment with Beautyland for the following day ...the communication was on point, very friendly nail technician,and my nails weren't rushed at all,she took her time and my nails came out more than amazing...these nails are the first that I have had in months that I have been very happy and satisfied with and I will be returning in a month for a new design . Highly recommend! Naylea was very prompt in answering a request for a cut and style and the salon was super super accommodating for my 89yo mother. Ka...rla was her stylist and gave her the cutest cut. She was very meticulous as my mother has very fine difficult hair. She was very patient - we would definitely go back in a heartbeat and ask for Karla! Thank you girls! Show more

I cannot stop telling everyone about my experience here. I was looking for a place near Poway to do my daughters hair and makeup for prom. I sent out ...a quote thru Yelp and Naylea D. From Beautyland responded almost immediately. She was very tentative to what I was asking and paid attention to detail. She sent me a link to schedule our appointment but it wouldn't work. Naylea scheduled it. All of our communication was written thru Yelp. The salon is so welcoming. I was offered a beverage while I waited. All of the bright colors and friendly stylists immediately put you at ease. Karla sis my daughters hair and I wish I remembered who did her makeup. They did such a wonderful job and out a hint of color in her eye shadow to match her dress. They didn't cake it on and paid special attention to how they applied the makeup. There were several customers there today and they makeup was applied to each person on an individual level. It's so hard to find a business with that human touch. The parking is paid so beware of that but there are so many neat shops and restaurants around that you'll be sure to enjoy your visit there. Show more
