Went to Kim for several services. And when I tell you she delivered, she DELIVERED! All services were my 1st time (lashes, brow lamination with tint,... and brazilian wax). I asked for lashes & brows to look natural, and she exceeded my expectations. I also got a facial the week prior and was so satisfied with the experience and the results. Kim is very thorough, always explaining the process with details & so kind. Not once did I feel uncomfortable. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
