The talent is present, the professionalism is nonexistent. Yoandry values only his own time and has complete disregard and lack of respect for clients... time. During one example I showed up for my appointment 15 minutes ahead appointment time N he was finishing up a client in the chair. I waited patiently for appointment time when he then proceeded at the time of the appointment to tell me he’s going to take a lunch break and left for a full 30 min lunch. I understand a guy has to eat but this was extremely unprofessional and showcased complete disrespect to the appointment we had set as well as my time. I gladly will no longer use YLCutz as this is only one example of the many times he has dishonored appointment times. This barber should not be allowed to use Booksy or at least be educated on how appointments work. Of note this barber also fails to renew the razor before a line up posing both a health and safety risk. Proceed with caution. Show more

You canceled my appointment two days in a row without any notice. I even showed up to my appointment before those two to find out that you weren’t eve...n at the shop, and gave me no notice, so I drove to the shop in vain. You can make excuses all you’d like but you’re inconsistent, and unprofessional. I will find a better barber, thank you. A very unprofessional barber. Will leave you hanging most of the time even if you book weeks in advance. Consistent customers will get treated very poorly. Disappointing experience. Show more
