Allowed me to book. But then notified me 15 minutes before my appointment to say that I needed to wait and come three hours later for my appointment b...ecause she was running behind - 3 HOURS LATER! I had already made it to the other side of town where her salon is when I got this text. So you know that I was upset. I actually ended up waiting 4 hours, and she still wasn’t done with her current client. I ended up wasting an entire day and she only wanted to offer a 10% discount. No professionalism. Show more

This is in reference to an appointment from 3 months ago. I am truly sorry that my first client's appointment ran over. It was not my intention to start your appointment late at all. I offered to reschedule your appointment. However, I do understand that you were already in the area, so that wasn't a viable option for you. I also provided a discount for the inconvenience. There was really nothing else that I could do in this situation. You said you understood and was ok, even booked another appointment with me since then. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience that you experienced in December.

I found Laura through facebook and made an appointment for shoulder-length kinky twists. She got back to me quickly when I texted pictures of the styl...e I wanted and answered all of my questions. Laura was so sweet and did an amazing job on my hair. It came out even better than I thought it would. I love that a wash and the hair are included, which makes everything very easy and convenient. Just bring a blanket or jacket to the appointment because the entire building feels like an igloo. 🙂 Show more

Overpriced for the unprofessional experience. Stylist brought her baby, which extended the service as we had to take several breaks. I would have igno...red this experience and just left no review if the braids looked good. Stylist is skimpy with the hair. I paid $310 to listen to a baby cry all day then leave with boneless braids. Stylist said she would provide a discount, but then took the entire amount in cash. Show more

I apologize that I had to bring my daughter to the appointment with me, as my childcare fell through at the last minute, and I didn't want to cancel your appointment. You expressed to me multiple times how you were just happy that I did not cancel because "most people would have." Still, that is no excuse. As far as the discount, before I could present a discounted amount you had paid and I didn't even look at the amount... so please understand I wasn't trying not to give the promised discount. I also asked multiple times throughout the process, and at the end, if you were happy with the hair and you said yes, if there was an issue, I would have had no problem fixing it. Satisfied clients are the most important things to me when it comes to my business. Please send or post the picture of your braids for me.
