Sculpted nails Nail art Manicure
The staff was very kind and sweet, but they struggled with design. They kept wiping the cross away and ended up curing a smear of polish in. When brou...ght it to their attention they didn’t do anything to fix it. 3 hours later and left with a permanent flaw in the nail 🥺 Update: Sammy reached out and asked me to come back where she totally fixed and redid my nails !!!! Love the new ombré. Much better🥰. If you go for designs ask for Sammy Show more

My nails look great but they feel awful. They over-filed them on the sides to the point that I yelped multiple times. Now my fingers are throbbing fro...m the pain and I’m getting a ton of hang nails and they’re bleeding. 😞super bummed cuz the nail art is really cute. Show more

This is my SEVENTH nail salon and Mani Pedro is hands down the best! I love getting funky designs and Sammie, the owner, always crushes it - every tim...e I leave, I think it’s my favorite set yet. She goes above and beyond with every set I’ve gotten with her, like hand mixing the design color to perfectly match the color on my actual nail. They are always so kind and I truly can’t recommend them highly enough. Show more

Pedicure Manicure Gel manicures
I paid $120 with the tip for a 30 min mani Pedi. They didn't cut my toenails, I still had dead skin on my heels they didn't do anything other than put... gel polish on my toes and nails. The manicure was better than the pedicure. I went for the pedicure!!! My feet needed it. Won't be coming back here again. And she has the nerve to ask me for an extra charge if I want extra massage on my legs??? Ummmmmm no I'm just ready to leave as I feel so uncomfortable the whole time. Smmfh Show more

Sammie the owner is incredibly hospitable. I left my wallet there for a week and they just held it honestly for me! The benefits of having a regular s...hop. The consistency of excellence is outstanding. They also care about your nail health! My nails have gotten much stronger after too much acrylic use over the years and using builder gel has been great. Not to mention my nails are utter perfection every time. Show more

I try not to leave one star reviews but I really felt like my nails were not worth what I paid. I came in for a refill and left with a cut on my hand ...(the tech dropped the drill right on my hand), multiple cuts on cuticles, and my nails are so thick. Show more

I’ve been here twice now and both times I’ve left so happy! I get dip manicures which make me nervous going somewhere new but they do a wonderful job.... Most recently, Linda did my nails and she was great, she was so polite, patient and understood exactly what I wanted! She took her time making sure my nails were even & smooth. I loved the result - definitely found my new nail salon in SF! Show more

Update: After speaking with mani pedi spa after this incident, they were very understanding and accommodating. I was assured that this would not happe...n again and it’s very clear that they care deeply about their customers and quality of the services. Mani pedi spa was clean and well organized. I went for a pedicure however and my nail technician was very aggressive when cutting out ingrown toenails. My nails bled and it has hurt to put pressure on my toes when walking since I got the pedicure. My toe is still bleeding and inflamed the day after the pedicure. In addition to the painful in grown toenails, she cut off the sides of my pinky toenails which was also painful. Show more

So me and my friend went to that salon and did our nails, but my friends nail was very uneven and it was very bumpy so then we try to get it fixed. Th...ey made her nail worse and it was very uneven and she also cut off her cuticles fast and aggressively. Do not go there unless if you want to get your cuticle cutting off in pain. they were also filing her nail very aggressively and it hurts so bad and the Lady was giving us dirty looks and don’t go there your finger skin will be cutten off. And the girl we told to like try to redo our nails. She looked very pissed, so I feel like she purposely try to ruin our nails. Show more
