Love my kids hair. Took off a star because last two times I went I was charged $45 for her short hair. Today they charged me $60 and said it was becau...se her hair is thick. Other than that service was good and her hair looks nice! Show more

My recent experience with Yodalin was extremely disappointing. From the moment I arrived, she was unprofessional and unwelcoming, offering no greeting... and displaying an apparent attitude as I explained the haircut I wanted. Throughout the service, she seemed irritated, was noticeably rough with my hair, and made complaints during the process, which left me feeling uncomfortable. Although I did not verbally complain about the haircut, she noticed from my reaction that I was unhappy with the result. The cut itself was uneven and did not resemble the style we had discussed or the reference photo I provided. The situation escalated further at checkout when she began raising her voice in the salon, creating an uncomfortable scene, and then walked away without completing the transaction. Another stylist ultimately had to step in to finish. This entire experience left me dissatisfied both with the quality of the haircut and the level of professionalism displayed. Show more

The moment that I stepped into the shop, I was greeted in a professional manner and waited on immediately. ...Ms. Dally styled my hair and recommended a special treatment she would apply which would make my hair more manageable and healthier. I could tell that she is experienced and confident about her wonderful skills. She is also focused on satisfying her customers to the fullest.
