It’s actually quite simple, and we always outline it clearly in our booking system. A refill is only done if: more than 70% of your lash extensions are still in place, and the appointment is booked within 2 weeks after your last visit. The reason for this is that your natural lashes are constantly growing and shedding. That’s why we always recommend refills every 2 weeks it keeps your lashes looking full and, most importantly, keeps them healthy. If more time has passed, we doing a new full set. This isn’t about charging more it’s about taking care of your natural lashes. After that much time, your lashes need a little reset: they should be cleaned thoroughly from old glue and extensions, and new ones applied to avoid any irritation or infection. We always put the health of your natural lashes first, and we never do anything that could damage them. We hope this helps you understand why we work this way it’s all about making sure your lashes stay beautiful and healthy for the long run. 💕
