I really wanted to love this but unfortunately I did not. The scalp “massage” felt rushed and often times kind of painful. I would call the massage mo...re of a fast rub. I normally don’t even write reviews if I didn’t enjoy something, but I was just so disappointed in the experience, especially because I’d been looking forward to it after seeing great reviews. I will say that the facility was nice and so were the employees, but this was by far the least enjoyable spa/massage experience I’ve ever had. The whole thing felt rushed and I did not feel like I had a personalized or caring experience. I’ve had better scalp massages from my hair stylists at the salon. Show more

Went to serenity head spa after a review I had seen on TikTok while I was on vacation in Orlando. I have been to plenty of facials, massages, etc. in ...the past, but this was hands-down one of the best experiences I have experienced. The care and pressure points and hot stones that were used were amazing. I would recommend this to all of my family friends and anyone reading this review. Show more
