Service was horrible, asked for a silk press, burnt my scalp but at the same time didn’t completely straighten my hair at the top so I don’t know what... she was burning, my hair is still frizzy on the top, trimmed my hair without me asking for it and then charged me, I actually asked if I needed to and she said yes and just started trimming when I was planning to trim it at home since I knew she would charge I hate my hair the two curls she did in the front were giving Kat Williams, she was also rushing with my hair even though I had a set appointment, she did not take her time which is why my hair looks like ass, I want a refund and I will never be coming back here again, if this silk press last less then two days I will be back and you will do my hair the right way free of charge Show more

However, I must admit that your review left me quite confused and surprised, as it contains several inaccuracies. I feel it is important to provide clarity to protect my business and ensure future clients have an accurate understanding of the situation. During your appointment, you expressed sensitivity to heat while I was using the flat iron, which I accommodated to the best of my ability, ensuring you were not burned. This was also confirmed during a follow-up conversation with your sister. Regarding the trim, I specifically asked whether you wanted one. You asked for my professional opinion, and I pointed out the split ends and damage from not having had a trim in years. After showing you the affected areas, you consented to the trim, requesting that I not take off too much so you could maintain length for your style. At the conclusion of your service, I checked to ensure you were happy with the results, and you confirmed that you were. Your sister, who also saw your hair, expressed that she liked it as well. Given this, I was genuinely surprised to read your review. While I understand that it is impossible to please everyone, I strive to provide the best service to all my clients. After learning from your sister that you are 17 and she was the one paying for the service, I refunded the cost of the trim as a gesture of g
