The stylish was great but slow. Initially made a booking under a specific stylist unfortunately I was told she's running late. When she got to the sal...on girl took another client which was after me. I was the 1st client to arrive in the salon and had booked the 1st slot. No apologies or whatsoever, I don't mind using another person but because I was pressed for time that's why I wanted someone faster and it's not the first time this is happening and hoping they find a solution for it Show more

I went to Dolce Looks on Saturday (26th October) to get my wig installed, and unfortunately, I wasn’t pleased with the results. The front lace was bum...py and started lifting almost immediately. By the afternoon, the lace was lifting on the sides , which was really disappointing. To make matters worse, the lady doing my install had to be corrected by the supervisor several times while working on me. It felt unprofessional, and I can’t understand why they would assign me someone who wasn’t fully trained. Overall, I expected a much better experience and was left feeling disappointed. Show more

I loved my install however the service was poor. My appointment was booked for 09:30 but they started to install me at 10:08, I booked Hlobi but got s...omeone else. There were lots of disruptions with my install and the lady who was installing me had to assist to install another client. A lot was happening, not the best experience. Show more

Good day, This was my first time at dolce and I was excited for my experience. However, I must say this some of the worst customer service I have re...ceived from your front desk lady. Firstly, I arrived to staff dancing and had to wait to be attended to - even though there was not a single other customer present,. I purchased both my wig and and an installation voucher earlier in the year, when I told your front desk lady that I have a voucher and that is how I will make payment, her attitude escalated as she said the voucher expired and nowhere on the voucher or email sent with confirmation does it show how long the gift card is valid for - she even went on to tell me that it was on instagram, however, I did not get the gift card through IG? The lady went on to argue with me and personally as someone who owns a business, customer service and how you treat customers is key I was very disappointed with the attitude of your workers. I asked to see a manager who never came ?? So essentially, i pad R300 for a gift card and R600 yesterday - so in total I made to pay R900 for a basic install which makes no sense to me, If anything, it should've been an additional R600 to make it R600 in total In future, please make it clear on the gift card when it actually expires (which most companies do, if they offer such) than just taking peoples money Very unimpressed and will definitely not recommend dolce to anyone Regards Natalie Show more
