That day we were very busy in the salon and it happened to overlap at the same time as your appointment. We do use the Brazilian that is lower in chemicals as we would hate for any of our clients to endure feeling overwhelmed by the service happening at the same time as them. After making a reservation on Booksy, I rushing to the salon to make it to the last available time slot (16:30). The salon's business times state that... the salon closes at 17:00 on Friday's. However, when I arrived at 16:30 the salon was already closed. I then tried to call the registered number on Booksy but no one answered. A few minutes later, the owner called me back, and sadly I was told a number of reasons that the salon had to close early, but not once was I told why I hadn't been contacted about the early closure of the salon or the disregard for my booking. As this is the second time my booking has been disregarded, I'm giving the salon a 2/5 rating and I will not be returning. While the actual salon staff are good, the management of the salon is far from adequate. Please, do better. Show more

I ended up closing at 4pm to assist the staff with the transport issues with the election week and strikes. I’m still happy to rebook your appointment.
