12 out of 10. Rachel is incredibly professional. I had a new set of hybrid individual lashes and gel overlay toes. I didn’t experience any discomfor...t during or after the application of the lashes. She prepped my eyelashes very well prior to her applying the individual lashes. I’m happy with my toes gel overlay as well. What a great experience! I’d definitely recommend her services. She keeps time, but doesn’t do a quick job for the sake of the next appointment. I’m very impressed and I’ll be going back. In fact, I’ve booked my 2 week lash refill appointment. Thanks, Rach!
