I’m very disappointed and angry firstly the place smells like sewerage and there was no explanation from the lady regarding the smell which is totally... unhealthy..secondly this lady always hikes prices for nails saying certain nails are not part of the special.. the last appointment I got to her salon in the morning had to wait for her to clean before my appointment.. today I got to her 10min late which the grace period is 15min and she demanded R100 for being 15min late which I debated and showed her the times on my phone that it’s not even 15 min it’s actually 10min she still demanded R100 I didn’t give her.. my balance was already paid long ago.she’s classist and changes prices not to meantion the bad attitude towards new clients who are not her friends

Its your 4th time booking with CarolGlams , and we have always had issues when it comes to time coz you never keep time, and we are very time cautious here and it is 1st time making you pay your late fee fine, which you didnt pay.. then you scream your lungs out. Sounds like you been wanting to sabotage CarolGlams , since you also in beauty business with your SIZOBUSA MOBILE BEAUTY SPA, since you not doing very well MADAM!!

Everything went well. Carol was on time and finished on time. I love her work. The only thing is the nails were a bit sharp but a filer fixed that and... the lashes have started coming up I’m not sure it’s because of the heat and me sweating but will definitely go back.
