I unfortunately did not have a pleasant experience with Rati. She was absolutely rude to me yesterday after I informed her that the address she added ...on Booksy took to me to the wrong place. Very disappointed with how she handled the situation, I could tell that she was not interested in doing my set. I do want to thank Nelly though for accommodating me, she was very customer centric and I appreciated that. I think Rati can really do better in managing conflict with her clients, you dont always have to prove that you run the show especially where your clients are concerned. There is power in always trying to find a middle ground but only a professional personal would understand this. Show more

Hey dear sorry to hear thats how you felt when I couldn't help, please note that we take every client as important and we value everyone’s time . We have a grace period of 15 minutes which is a reasonable time to accommodate late coming , however 50 minutes late is too much and would obviously affect other clients , you also had soak off that wasn't booked for ,I kept on explaining that I cannot help looking at the fact that my whole day was gona be affected not that I didn’t want to do your nails . I ended up asking my assistant to help and she was very late for her other appointments .please let’s use this platform to share only honest feedbacks .
