Extremely unprofessional and highly inconsiderate. I booked an appointment the previous week for Monday, Sept 18th, in which the appointment was accep...ted and confirmed. On the day of, I arrive to my appointment, only to find an empty studio. I waited 20 minutes trying to contact Taryn, in which she hangs up the call trying to check her confirmed appointments for the day, at 2:45pm. No call back, however | received a pathetic apology, on WhatsApp-Blaming the Booksy platform. This was extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate, she did not mention rescheduling or rectifying the mistake in any way. Irrespective of the platform's system, it is the stylist's responsibility to manage business and clients in a professional manner. An absolute inconvenience to me as I do not stay in the area, and also extremely unprofessional on her part. Really disappointing to see the positive reviews, and then being disappointed by the work ethic and competency of the stylist. This experience was not pleasant, and shows a low standard of service, evidently. Show more
