Every member of staff I met was great. This was my first piercing and Elaine put me right at ease and spoke me through the whole process. I also saw h...ow staff interacted with young girls getting their ears pierced and they put them completely at ease. The set up is so professional and great care is taken to show you how clean the process is. The information about aftercare was also perfect.
