Alison is an absolute gem. I came to her in very bad way with swelling. I was in a lot of pain & was feeling down with how swollen I looked so I boo...ked lymphatic drainage massage not having very high expectations. Alison was so friendly and welcoming. She took time to listen to what was going with me at the moment and shared very interesting and useful informati...on about what happens within the body during menopause. Alison was incredibly supportive and was able to provide a caring, sensitive approach to my needs. The massage was wonderful and just the right amount of pressure needed for different areas of the body. I had limited understanding of acupuncture, reflexology and lymphatic draining but she took time to explain these parts to enable me to do a little bit at home on my feet and lower leg. She also talked to me about practising gratitude, meditation and nutrition - I felt I was also equipped with tools to help deal with my anxiety and better regulate my nervous system. Alison truly gives you a personalised and holistic experience. I felt like I'd known her for ages, I was that relaxed in her presence. I think she has a special gift to promote healing in others.
