Had the most gorgeous cut & curly blowdry by Jack on Saturday, always perfect and exactly how I want it! Best service, Jack is so attentive and trustw...orthy, gave honest advice about my hair whilst still making sure I was comfortable with what he advised would look best. Put out the cutest tray of goodies - every time I visit the salon I feel so looked after and happy with my hair. Jack is always clued up with the newest hair products and takes the time to go through what is worth buying and what would work for my hair specifically. Not acceptable you do not make it clear and google/maps still listing as Allerton Road. You were horrible to my 14 year old this morning she was devas...tated as looking forward to getting it done. You didn’t even take any responsibility or offer an alternative but happy to take her 50% deposit. I’ve asked around and only heard bad things about your customer service which I wish I’d known earlier. We came all the way from Parbold and tried all morning to get in touch with you via DM, email and ringing your salon but nothing. Shocking to treat paying customers like this I’m surprised your still in business. Show more

Definitely the best b...lowdry I’ve ever had and Jack was super friendly and welcoming. Was super attentive and did my hair exactly how I wanted it whilst giving me advice on what products to use and overall haircare.
