Following your treatment, we had several communications in which I consistently reassured you and advised booking a review appointment within the standard 10–14 day timeframe. These reviews are offered to assess how the treatment has settled and to correct any muscle imbalance if needed. You booked multiple review appointments but unfortunately cancelled each one at very short notice. This limited my ability to help you. I also requested that you send me photos on several occasions to evaluate your concerns, but none were provided. As a result, I’ve still not been able to assess the outcome or the extent of the issues you're referring to. I genuinely feel I did everything possible to address your concerns and provide a professional service. I’d also like to clarify that you were not overcharged. My prices are very fair and competitive and are always clearly communicated before treatment. I always strive to offer a professional, honest service as client care is extremely important to me, and I will always welcome constructive feedback. I wish you all the best going forward.
