Hannah was very welcoming and took the time to listen as I gave my extensive medical history. Friendly throughout, Hannah created me a lovely smelling... aromatherapy oil to use for my back massage which helped me relax. Then I had 30mins reflexology which further relaxed me and really interesting how much Hannah could tell from my feet (which was right) Looking forward to my next visit to continue on my healing journey. I just had my first visit with Hannah and it was amazing!. Hannah made me feel immediately at ease. I came to the appointment stressed , tense and emo...tional. Hannah gave me an amazing Swedish massage that relaxed my tense shoulders and I left feeling calm and relaxed. I had never had reflexology before, so Hannah talked me through what she was doing and her findings and provided me with some aftercare. I booked in for another session there and then! I had the aroma & reflexology combo, Hannah was very professional & knowledgeable taking into great account of ...my health conditions, to customise oils for my first aromatherapy massage which i almost fell asleep it was so tranquil! She talked through key points on my feet and what body parts they corelate too. Hannahs care & attention to detail was in a very person centered and holistic way 10/10. I have had several sessions of refloxology with hannah now, and i must say they have really helped with foot pain from my Arthritis also Neuropathic p...ain, the stabbing and burning has reduced to almost nothing, ive had so much relief from the treatment, she always leaves me painfree and very relaxed!
