I’ve seen Hannah twice for reflexology and from start to finish she was professional and made me feel at ease. Started with a thorough consultation. (...Don’t bother trying to hide anything as she will find out once she gets to work). She always provides observations and suggestions, leaving me feeling more in tune with my body and thoroughly relaxed. She is really gifted and her ability to tune in with my energy is something special that no other therapist has even come close to. I have not hesitated in booking in again on a regular basis. Hannah's massage worked well... on my muscles, melting away tension and leaving me feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Her technique was gentle yet effective, and she tailored the massage to target my shoulder blade specifically. I'm halfway through a 6 week course of reflexology with Hannah and I've absolutely enjoyed and appreciated every second of it so far. My energy levels... are up, my sinus troubles are easing and I generally feel so much better, both physically and mentally. Hannah was very welcoming and took the time to listen as I gave my extensive medical history. Friendly throughout, Hannah created me a lovely smelling... aromatherapy oil to use for my back massage which helped me relax. Then I had 30mins reflexology which further relaxed me and really interesting how much Hannah could tell from my feet (which was right) Looking forward to my next visit to continue on my healing journey. Hannah gave me an amazing Swedish massage that relaxed my tense shoulders and I left feeling calm and relaxed.
