I had an amazing experience here today. I unfortunately forgot to ask my barber’s name, but I believe it was Kate as shown in the booking. She was ext...remely professional, friendly, and had such a pleasant nature and behaviour throughout the appointment. She listened very patiently to what I wanted and cut my hair with great precision—no rush at all, just full attention to detail. Honestly, she did exactly what I had in mind, which is rare and much appreciated. I’ve had my haircut before at Raz and Razor which wasn’t good at all, but this has been the best experience so far. From start to finish, everything felt comfortable and well-managed. Even while leaving, the other staff members politely said goodbye, which was a really nice touch. Overall, a top-class experience. Havent been in for 2 years. Had perosnal issues with caring for my mum and have used more local for convenience. But had a haircut somewhere local tha...t was poor and thought i needed to get it sorted for an interview. Went back to mckenzies and its SO SO SO good!
