I took my French bulldog to aintree groomers for a half price grooming because of being let down by them on a previous occasion, when I picked her up ...her paw was bleeding quite badly because the nail had been cut far to short, the groomer said that it would stop very soon but 2 hours later it was still bleeding, I texted them to let them know and they were full of apologies and stated that the groomer was devastated, they said that they would refund the cost of the groom which I accepted, 3 days later I gave a gentle reminder after no refund was given, again I received an apology and a promise that I would get a refund the next day, well surprise surprise 4 days later still no refund, I would definitely not return to aintree groomers and in future I’d look for a more professional company Show more
