Booked the appointment on the Friday to then get a message to say can’t do that appointment so changed for the next day at 11 , went to the appointmen...t had to stand outside for 30 minutes with the shutters down before the women turned up to say there’s no way of getting in the shop until 3 o’clock which I’ve got 2 kids one newborn so the girl had to refund me out of her own pocket Show more

Hello Anna, its Caitlin the owner I am really sorry you had this experience all of our girls are self employed Joanne had only recently started with us doing the eyelashes and does not have keys yet which led to this miscommunication. We offered you a mobile appointment instead as coming to the salon and you declined so we asked could we rebook you also declined this. Joanne gave you a refund while you was with her and she has been paid out via Booksy when you paid. I do apologize for this inconvenience and as a matter I will honour you a free brow lamination and biab or I can give you a free aesthetics appointment to make it up for this misunderstanding and the taxi costs. If you would like to to book your free treatment in please message us on our Instagram or Facebook page. Again I do apologize and this will not happen again xx
