Always 5 star. I’ve been taking my three boys to Gemma since they were little. Now ages 16,15 and 10, they all look forward to their appts with her. N...ot only is she great with their hair, she’s genuinely interested in their progress and can chat away with them like they’re people worth chatting to. The older kids now organise their own appointments which says a lot given they could go along with their friends to wherever they go.
