Totally unprofessional!!! Casey did a ‘no show’ at my scheduled appointment. If you want a long-term tech, don’t go to Casey. She claims she wants rel...iable clientele but she cancels whilst you are awaiting her in the salon. She was aware I am committed client looking a reliable long-term tech. Appointment booked over two weeks in advance. Casey texted that day asking to move my appointment but stated if I couldn’t reply by 2pm she would still take me at my appointment time. I was at work. Could not reply. I showed up the appointment to find out she went home and rescheduled (as I was sitting in the salon) on the app for the next day. The text I received implied my appointment stood and there was no emergency if she was willing to keep to my time. The next day I received many a defensive and rude text blaming fear of no shows and telling me look elsewhere - I didn’t need to be told!!! No way to run any business childcare and taxi excuses or not!!! Show more
