I had an amazing experience, Tilly is a great barber, friendly and very easy to talk to. The facilities are top-notch, private & easy to find. The thi...ng that impressed me the most was the building had access for wheelchair users alongside facilities such as accessible toilets. She was very keen to learn about my Disability and to see what she can do in the future in terms of being more accommodating. This was a breath of fresh air and very nice to know that she was willing to go above and beyond to cater for the needs of as many clients as she can and being open to expanding her client base. She also was keen to re-learn certain haircutting techniques she might not use on a day-to-day basis, to enable her to provide the best service possible. I was a little hesitant at 1st to get my beard done as I wasn’t sure how good it would be as I have not been to a female before to style, trim & shave my beard but I can honestly say I was very impressed and it was a lot better than 90% of trims I’ve had at other barbers. I would highly recommend visiting her for a haircut, no matter what your background or hairstyle you require, she has shown me that she is adaptable and above all else willing to learn and continuously improve, which is something that you do not see so often. I would just like to end by thanking her for the overall service I received.  Show more

I had my second appointment with Tilly on the 8th of this month, and she didn't disappoint. She gave me a slightly lower cut this time, which I loved,... but the real proof of a great haircut comes from the people who matter most. When I walked in the door, my oldest daughter took one look and declared, "You're not allowed to go anywhere else for your haircut and beard, Dad. You have to keep going to Tilly."
