I was really happy with the service – it was quick and the quality of the work was great. The only thing I’d mention is that I personally prefer a gen...tler touch with my hair, as I’m trying to grow it out and take pride in looking after it. It didn’t take away from the overall service, but it’s something I’d recommend in mind for next time. I also realised I’d prefer using my own products, though I appreciate that she had her own products available, which was another good touch. 1. Aisha was at least 40mins late. The excuse was having to go and buy hair gel and mousse, but the details made no sense. 2. I booked medium knotles...s braids, she proceeded to start doing large ones. The ones she had done the parts were imprecise. 3. Images connected to specific hair styles and sizes are wrong. She knows this and makes no move to explain or sort this out beforehand. It's explained once she has already started your hair. 4. Her child was there with no explanation.(probably there, so you can't fully call her out on the unprofessionalism). 5. Very heavy-handed/careless with the hair you bring. 6. Just a very unprofessional experience all around. 7. She did offer to start again, but because she was so late, it couldn't be done that day, and I am certainly not coming back another (you should never let bad energy near your crown). 8. A lot of intentional vague-ness to get money out of less confrontational people. £55 deposit absolutely wasted. Show more

First of all whatever she's saying here it's not true she’s the first client in here to give me this review she wanted me to do small size for her instead of medium she booked for medium knotless braids I never change a client style I do exactly the style the client booked and I was 30 minutes late not 40 minutes due to the weather it was heavy raining and I had to go to the hair shop quickly to buy my hair gel and mouse cause I don't ask a client to buy the hair products I provide my own and I did told her that on my way and also apologise to her and the child was not my baby she was my baby sister and I don't unds why she's gettin a child involved she’s lying on here I have been in business for 7 years I treat all my clients good with kindness and respect I did told her on her appointment if I can do small size for her she said no she doesn’t have enough of time we can leave it then I said to her again I can book you in for next week she said noo don't worry then I remove the braid I did and packed her hair then she went I never insulted her I was calm and gentle and nice to her I never did large I did medium size 😫 I wish booksy can alow me to upload the braid I did for her before taking it out , she brought 4 different hair colours to do each braids has to be different colours like rainbow 🌈 and I was happy to do that I didn’t ask her to pass me to hair or anything I was doing everything but gods is control in him I trust with my business 🙏🏼
