Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We operate a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in full payment of the treatment cost being required. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment fee. This policy is in place to protect clinic time and ensure fairness to all clients. ⸻ Late Arrivals • Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened. • If there is insufficient time to complete the treatment safely, the appointment may be cancelled and full payment will still apply. ⸻ Medical & Consultation Requirements • All injectable and advanced treatments require a consultation prior to treatment. • Clients must complete a full medical questionnaire honestly and accurately. • It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your medical history before your appointment. Failure to disclose relevant medical information may result in treatment refusal. ⸻ Suitability for Treatment • Treatment results vary from person to person. • We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is not clinically appropriate or safe. • If treatment is refused on the day due to medical or suitability reasons, your deposit will be transferable to another appointment. ⸻ Children & Guests • For insurance and safety reasons, no children or additional guests are permitted in the treatment room unless agreed in advance. ⸻ Refund Policy • No refunds are given on completed treatments. • Refunds are not provided for change of mind. ⸻ By booking an appointment, you agree to the above terms and conditions.
