Customer service was diabolical. Came here last Friday ( 25 /10/24) for foils and cut and blow. Original appointment was for 19/10/24 but that appoint...ment was canceled due to Liam being off ill. That's ok people get ill but the morning of my rearranged appointment I got a call from them by the name of Debbie. First of all she said that my colour can't be done as I had booked a colour consultation which was only 20 minutes and the colour needs 40 minutes at least to develop then a toner needs putting on. I thought, you obviously know I'd booked a colour if you are saying this . She then kept me on hold for about 3 minutes and i was about to hang up as i thought she had forgotten about me but came on and said Liam can do it but you might be waiting for a bit. I should have told them to forget it as I got bad vibes off her and I was right. I had about 7 very fine foils around my face and they charged me 98 quid. They only charged 58 the time before and when I asked why it was 40 quid more Debbie replied, it's cos it was through the week? Well what is Friday? Then she said well we didn't charge for the toner then she said we didn't charge for the cut n blow. I thought make your mind up which one is it? I felt embarrassed for her and i couldn't wait to get out of there and just paid the 98 quid. Absolute embarrassment and disgusting way to treat a customer,! To add insult to injury, my colour was supposed to be caramel blonde but is morelike a copper. Il never go back and advise anyone else not to either! Show more
