I have micro-needling every month with Eleanor but now and again we mix it up depending on what my skin needs. Eleanor has great attention to detail, ...she makes sure all of my extractions are gone and I love how she always includes my neck! All her facials also include a neck, chest, shoulder, arm, hand and scalp massage which I haven’t experienced anywhere else! and it is my favourite part🥰 I have the most calming and relaxing experience. The beauty room is soo cosy and warm and it smells unreal!! I look forward to my facial every month and am so happy with my results so far! Eleanor always reply’s quickly to my messages and accommodates my needs to get me booked in, which I appreciate. She always checks in on how I am doing after my facial and provides recommendations on what to do with aftercare and what products to use etc. She also offers gift vouchers/cards which are a perfect gift that I love to purchase for my friends and family. Both my sisters come to Eleanor and have an amazing experience! She provides a great service!
