My first visit ever for a Haircut was around Feb 2026. 🥰 Since then, I have booked WEN around 3 times for Haircut & Hair trim. I can close my eyes & ...blindly trust her skilled hands for a precise, detailed , befitting & gorgeous haircut. I will keep booking her for future haircuts. 🥰 WEN is always amiable, respectful & professional. She makes me feel beautiful 🥰. As a vulnerable person with disability, she respects my privacy & comfort during the Haircut session. Unlike some other hairdressers who are disrespectful & rude, WEN respects my right to privacy & Data protection - she does not take pictures or videos, without my consent.

First Visit (Feb 2026): Layered wavy Bob cut / Happy Customer 🥰/ Would definitely return ☺️ As a civil servant, brown skin lady & with disabilit...y, I was fortunate to have secured a next day Restyling appointment. Rapport building phase: 5/5 Hairstylist was welcoming. We discussed about any potential restyling and what would suit my daily hair styling needs. We also discussed about few haircut reference pictures. She was honest & straightforward in sharing her opinions, even though my hair was slightly tricky to deal with - heavy, dense, wavy, black and multiple layers. She did help me wear my coat. That was really kind of her. And, she did offer to pick up my walking stick. She was polite & empathetic. Professional attitude/ Hairstyling skills: 5/5 She did not ask any intrusive personal questions. She cautiously & gently washed my hair. She had a neutral attitude. She was attentive to my hair and she patiently progressed throughout the haircut process. She was professionally focused in restyling my hair without any least distraction. As an introvert, this gave me time to relax and enjoy the haircut process. In between she did enquire if I was happy with the length. She accommodated my needs: left my hair wavy & blow dry my fringes. overall, I was elated with my haircut. Parking wise: 4.8/ 5 Parlour is next to main road but with space for parking if not too busy. Interior/ equipment Organisation/ Decor: 3.5/5 Cleanliness/ Hygiene: 3.5/5
