Absolutely love my hair, this is the second time I’ve been back and can’t speak highly enough of Michelle and Lynsey. Michelle has done my colour on b...oth visits, which is the best colour I’ve had in years. On my first visit Lynsey did my extensions and 6 weeks in they have been the best extensions I’ve ever had, the quality of the hair and the fit are amazing. Absolutely awful customer service & time management! Waited over 2 hours to be taken for my appointment. No apology or explanation that she was runnin...g way behind. The way I was spoken to when I asked how much longer I would be at 3.45…( my apt was 1pm! ) by the salon owner in front of a shop full of clients was disgraceful. Worst salon experience of my life would never return! 0 stars if had the option Show more
