Wash & blow dry

Don't usually leave bad reviews but appauled at the service here. Booked a wash and blow dry. Informed the staff that I have hair extensions. Got take...n 20 minutes late. The hair wash part was fine. Whilst getting my wet hair combed, it became clear the brush was unsuitable, so the lady tried to use her fingers to detangle my hair rather than find a suitable brush. She then started drying my hair by ruffling her hands through my hair and waving the hairdryer about (the way your Mum would dry your hair when you were a child). Any real hair professional knows that with hair extensions, to be dried properly, your hair needs to be properly sectioned and then the airflow must be pointed down the way (also need to use a rounded brush). After complaining about this, another member of staff started curling my hair in the most bizarre technique ever. I won't bother explaining, but her technique resulted in her pulling one of my extensions out, and the curls disappeared after about half an hour, so I had to do myself when I got home. They then had a cheek to charge me £35 for this mess. I don't know what the rest of their services are like, but avoid any hair related. I've never experienced anything like it. Show more
