After suffering a thigh injury during a game, I needed a top-tier sports massa...ge to speed up my recovery and get me back on the field. This session did exactly that. From the start, the therapist was incredibly knowledgeable about sports injuries and how to treat them. They assessed my thigh, identified the tightness and inflammation, and used a combination of deep tissue work, stretching, and targeted pressure to break down scar tissue and improve circulation. The pressure was intense but necessary, and they made sure to adjust it based on my pain tolerance.
