Booked for a “1 hour luxury cut and beard trim” on a short trip to Birmingham. Not sure what was “luxury” about it - no one offered to wash my hair, t...he barber barely talked to me, and the cut itself is not great. The beard trim was better but the whole thing was done in less than 45 mins (not the advertised hour) by unfriendly staff. Same service would cost 50% less at my local barber in London, and I’d be offered a drink too. Show more
