Wonderful and friendly welcome. Beauty salon was clean, well organised and comfy. We booked a full body massage for our 95 year old mum as a birthday ...surprise. They even found a last minute space to fit our mum in for a manicure! So grateful to be able to spoil our mum. Receptionist was very accommodating, so sorry to not catch her name! She had a lot of kind patience and mum enjoyed chatting with her and the masseuse Andrea. Mum loved her massage and felt so at ease. Her manicure was done to perfection and was able to choose a colour of her choice. Many thanks to you both. Highly recommend if you are staying at the Queens Hotel or in Brighton! Show more
